All attached lease contracts should be registered in lease contract service in Bahrain government portal (Bahrain.bh)
All lease agreements should be in Arabic or attached with Arabic translation issued from a appointed translation office.

1-Is there any fees for the this service ?
No. There is no fees for this service.
2-I am a tenant of a commercial property, and I would like to complete the procedures for obtaining a commercial registration by opening a municipal fees account to get an electricity and water bill and municipal fees at the rental address, how can I open the account?
You can apply for this service through the customer service center at the following municipalities affairs website: www.mun.gov.bh and choose the New Municipal Fees Account service.
3 - What required documents for this service?
* Copy of the rent agreement.
* A copy of Owner's CR or CPR
* Copy of the address card
* Commercial registration application number
• In case of a power of attorney from the holder of the record, a copy of it is attached along with a copy of the authorized person's CPR.
4-what required documents if the applicant is the owner of the property?
* A letter from the applicant informing that he is the owner of the property and wants to use the shop personally.
* A copy of the applicant's CPR.
* A copy of the address card.
* The application number of the commercial register.
• In the case of a power of attorney from the holder of the record, a copy of it is attached with the authorized person's CPR.
5 - Do I have to pay an insurance fee to open this account?
Yes, the insurance fee is 100 BHD.
