Manama, Dec. 14 (BNA): Engineer Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, stressed the important role played by municipal councils in the process of construction and development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Ministry's keenness to enhance coordination and continuous communication with municipal councils, in a way that contributes to ensuring the progress of projects and services. according to the established plans.
This came during the reception of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, in his office in Manama, in the presence of Engineer Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Municipal Affairs, to Mr. Joint coordination between the Council and the ministry in a way that contributes to improving work procedures to serve the people.
At the beginning of the meeting, the blessed minister renewed his congratulations to Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Naar on the occasion of his election as Chairman of the Muharraq Municipal Council in the current session, praising the Council's role in supporting and developing the municipal experience, stressing the prominent role of the President and members of the Muharraq Municipal Council in supporting municipal projects and working in all fields for the benefit of country, citizens and residents.
The Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture noted the continuous coordination with the municipal councils in all projects, which contributes to the provision of advanced and sustainable municipal services.
For his part, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Naar, Chairman of Muharraq Municipal Council, praised the role of the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture in promoting continuous coordination with all municipal councils, stressing the importance of communication between the Ministry and the Municipal Council to serve the people and residents of Muharraq.
