Benayat Team

The duties of Benayat team in the process of Issuing Building Permits:

1- Provides the necessary technology and develops it through the electronic building permit system, Benayat, to speed up the completion of building permit applications for all projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain, whether they are an investment, residential, industrial, commercial, etc..
2- Provides clear mechanisms for the workflow and its continuous development in order to facilitate the study of the building permit in coordination with the service Utilities through the electronic linking process and the development of the Benayat system.
3- Provides continuous support to consulting Offices and all users.
4- Follows up the completion of building permit applications and ensures compliance with the time periods (SLA's) for all service Utilities through reports prepared periodically or as needed.
5- Enhances communication and follow-up to achieve customer satisfaction, through workshops and continuous meetings with clients and consulting offices, and ensures the involvement of service agencies, whether by attendance or presentation, which enhances government partnership.
6- makes an inventory of the obstacles and tries to overcome the difficulties facing the consulting offices and dealers in obtaining the required service.
