Launch of Muharraq Muniicipality Customer Service Center

The Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs affirmed that the current Customer Service Center at the Capital Municipality will continue to provide its services, and visitors can benefit from it alongside the services of the main center at the Muharraq Municipality headquarters. He added that this step comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to continue enhancing the quality and efficiency of the municipal work system and expanding the scope of services provided, contributing to simplifying procedures and offering integrated services in one location.

This came during the Undersecretary’s visit to the general Customer Service Center at the Muharraq Municipality headquarters, accompanied by Engineer Khalid Ali Al Qallaf, Director General of Muharraq Municipality, where he reviewed the technical preparations and operational infrastructure of the center, as well as inspected the readiness of the staff and systems to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of visitors and reflect the Ministry’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of municipal services.

The Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs pointed out that the Muharraq Municipality Customer Service Center represents a key milestone in the Ministry’s strategy to facilitate access to municipal services through a unified point of contact. This is based on its high readiness in terms of technical capabilities, strategic location, and comprehensive logistical services. The center relies on advanced technological infrastructure and qualified staff, and enjoys technical and administrative readiness to provide comprehensive services for both the Capital and Muharraq Governorates through an integrated system built on institutional synergy and the adoption of the latest technologies, thereby establishing a pioneering model in the delivery of government services.
