Muharraq Municipality Director General and CEO of “Amaqen” Conduct Field Visit to Muharraq Souq

Eng. Khalid Ali Al Qallaf, Director General of Muharraq Municipality, conducted a field visit to Muharraq Souq accompanied by Mr. Tariq Ali Al Jowder, CEO of Amaqen Car Parks Company. The visit comes as part of ongoing cooperation efforts to enhance the services provided to visitors of the souq.

The purpose of the visit was to assess the current parking situation on-site and explore the possibility of utilizing nearby municipal-owned land as temporary parking solutions until the completion of the car park project managed by Amaqen.

During the tour, several proposals were also discussed, including the implementation of a valet parking service to improve the visitor experience, ensure smooth traffic flow, and enhance the overall efficiency of the public facilities surrounding the souq
