Opening of Samaheej Park Field as Part of the “Furij Playgrounds” Project

The General Sports Authority, with the support of Family Markets Company, has inaugurated the Samaheej Park field in the Muharraq Governorate as part of the "Furij Playgrounds" project. The initiative comes in line with the directives of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee.

The opening was held in coordination with the Muharraq Municipality and attended by Mr. Fadhel Al-Oud, Municipal Representative for the Sixth District. The project aims to provide a stimulating sports environment that serves the youth and supports community development.
