Tarrada receives the head of oversight and inspection at the secretariat on the occasion of his master degree

The Chairman of the Capital Municipality Council, Eng. Saleh Tarada, received in his office in Zinj, the engineer Ammar Yasser, Acting Director of the Fisheries Department and Head of the Monitoring and Inspection Department in the Capital Municipality, on the occasion of receiving a master’s degree from the French University of Aix-Marseille on a building system for building permits.

The Chairman of the Council praised the contents of the master's thesis, which shed light on the changes brought about by the "Benayat" system in the role of the government from a service provider to an organizer and partner in this service, and the impact of this on customer satisfaction and the speedy completion of transactions introduced by this system.
