Al-Fadhala added that evaluating government service centers and honoring centers awarded with the golden category by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, enhances the values of competitiveness in the government sector, and contributes to enhancing the excellence of government centers in providing their services according to the highest quality standards of speed and efficiency. It also motivates employees to continue working creatively and effectively, and to provide services at the best levels to citizens and residents.

Al-Fadhala explained that the Norther Area Municipality was keen to form a distinguished work team and drew a clear plan to enhance communication with citizens and residents and provide the best quality services, which resulted in the winning of 3 centers of the Norther Area Municipality the golden category among government service centers.
