For Winning the Distinguish Award of Tawasul with Client’s Al Fadalah: H.R.H. The Prime minister’s award is a testament of Pride and Huge incentive for Service Development

Northern Area Municipality’s Director General Eng. Lamya Al Fadhala proclaimed her utmost pride and gratitude for bestowment of the H.R.H. the prime minister Shk. Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa of the Tawasul Award for the year 2021 of the national complains and suggestions system “Tawasul” for the second year in a row.

Al Fadhala proclaimed that  H.R.H. the prime minister Shk. Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa bestowment is a testament of Pride and Huge incentive for Service Development to provide the best services for citizens and residents.

She indicated that Northern Area Municipality created a distinguished team drawn a clear plan to enforce clients’ communication and provide the best services. 

Al Fadhala clarified; the minister of works, municipal affairs and urban planning; Eng. Essam Abdulla Khalaf stressed the importance of clients’ communications and reply of their various inquires. She also praised the continual follow up of The Undersecretary Shk. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa of the same.

Al Fadhala indicated that the national complains and suggestions system “Tawasul” promoted mutual interaction and positive communication with citizens and recording their opinions and suggestions of various municipal sectors. Furthermore, “Tawasul” had a positive influence on improving the quality of services provided to clients inline with international practices.
