Riffa - Southern Region Municipality<br /> <br />The Southern Region Municipality completed about 400 transactions for the public within the "Municipality at your door" initiative by completing electronic transactions and delivering services to the customer's door in order to shorten the time and effort during the period from January to December 2021.<br />As part of its efforts to serve customers and to provide the highest level of satisfaction with the electronic services provided to the public.<br /> <br />The transactions that took place include delivering bags to homes, receiving complaints, connecting electricity, requests for building permits and licenses, and conducting addition and permit transactions. Which were implemented and delivered to the customer's door in order to achieve the highest satisfaction rate and speed up the completion of the service.
