This coordination aims to address water accumulation in neighborhoods and internal areas through rain emergency teams, in accordance with the established action plan and a mechanism for managing incoming reports based on priority. The Ministry is also ensuring the readiness of the required machinery, tankers, and pumps to handle emergency situations.
The Ministry further highlighted its ongoing initiatives to improve infrastructure for managing rainfall, which include the removal of vegetation from stormwater drainage channels and their subsequent cleaning. Additionally, efforts are being made to address water accumulation points in collaboration with municipal councils.
