500 Fils - Non-Residential : Mun Fee ( Per 1 M² )

Terms and Conditions
- Submit the application electronically through the Benayat system
-Enter the basic application data (owner, heirs, tenants, land, renovation details, electrical load)
- Initial review by the municipality (1 working day)
- Internal consultation when needed
- External consultation with government entities (3 working days per entity)
- Final review and decision by the municipality
- Pay the fees through the Banaayat system
- Issue the renovation permit electronically (valid for one year)
- Print the permit after issuance
