3.How is the certificate received?
The certificate will be available through the site.

4.What required documents for this service?
• Copy of the rent agreement.
• A copy of the property owner's ID.
• A copy of the tenant's ID (CPR or Iqama).
• In the case of a power of attorney from the owner, a copy of it is attached with the identity of the owner and the principal.

5.I'm a tenant of a property (apartment or house) and I would like to get a certificate of proving the address of residence in order to issue an ID card or update the address on the card, as the monthly rent includes the value of municipal fees and electricity and water consumption?
