• In the case of a power of attorney from the owner, a copy of it is attached with the identity of the owner and the principal.
5.I'm a tenant of a property (apartment or house) and I would like to get a certificate of proving the address of residence in order to issue an ID card or update the address on the card, as the monthly rent includes the value of municipal fees and electricity and water consumption?
You can get the certificate by submitting the request on municipality affairs website then choose the service of Address Certificate for CPR.
