Corner sale service is the Municipalities Affairs Service, used to requests and process sale of corner. The Service enables general public to request for a new corner and monitor the application process progress. The service is completely automated.

1.Create an online account.
2. Applying an application by the owner or his representative.
3. Submit the request to the initial preview.
4. Payment of deposit(10 BHD)
5. Study of the application by the competent authorities.
6. Preparation of the decision issued after studying the application.
7. Valuation of the corner price.
8.Pay for the corner and prepare the contract.

Terms and Conditions
1-Legal documents attached should be true, original and updated to the date of registration
2-Upon receipt of the application must pay 10 BD to ensure the seriousness of the request and if the request is rejected the amount will be refund if you do not want to complain Receipt the application does not mean approval of it
3- If there is a services in the required corner and there is approval from the specialist department the relocated will be on the applicant’s expense by agreement with the specialist department
4- Some department may require if there is corner approval the possibility of entering the service area or the plot owners should be responsible for operation, maintenance and protection of the underground services and the owner must agree to this
5- Determine the corner area by the specialist departments not by the owner or the primary map.
6- System will auto cancel the application after 3 months under following circumstances and deposit amount will not be reimbursed:
• Upon failure of submitting Neighbor letter
• Customer is not approving the application after final approval by municipality
• After corner pricing, payment is not done by customer
7- In case the owner complains for the rejection, raise the complains to the minister within 15 days from the date of the rejection letter, or refund the insurance cost if the owner does not want to complain.
