Service Procedures and Steps
1. Create Online Account.
2. Request for Reclamation Permit by Client.
3. Municipality user studies and approves the application.
4. Pay advertisement fees.
5. User is notified with the result.
The required documents
1. Letter from the owner (mandatory)
2. A copy of the owner's CPR or commercial register (mandatory)
3. Approval letter from the Supreme Council for the Environment (mandatory).
4. Letter of approval from the Coast Guard and Ports (mandatory)
5. Approval letter from the Central Planning Department (mandatory)
6. Land survey certificate (mandatory)
7. A copy of the title deed (mandatory)
8. Commercial register of the supervising company (mandatory)
9 Supervision letter from the supervising engineering office (mandatory)
10. Approval letter from the fisheries resources (mandatory).
11. Approval letter from Ports Affairs at the Ministry of Transport and Communications. (if needed)

Fees is determined based on permit type/building nature and area of building.
