Service Procedures and Steps
1- Visit the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture website www.mun.gov.bh
2- Choose the Online Customers Services Centers.
3- Choose the Municipality Services (Without login) list, then click on continue without log in button.
4- Then choose Apply for a service.
5- In service type option select New Municipal Fees Account.
6- Fill up all the information.
7- Upload the declaration form (can be downloaded from the website)
8- Upload all the required attachment (follow up the attachment requirement).
9- Click on Submit Application button
10- Make sure to save the application number then wait for the reply from the Municipality after approving your application for paying the fees.

How to pay (After receiving the email from the municipality for payment)
1- Visit the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture website www.mun.gov.bh
2- Choose the Online Customers Services Centers.
3- Choose the Municipality Services (Without login) list, then click on continue without log in.
4- Select Query and Follow-up your Request.
5- Fill all the required information, then click on Query Application.
6- Click on Application Details button.
7- Scroll down then click on make payment button.
8- Wait for approving email from the municipality.
9- Repeat the steps again to download the reference page.

2-I am a tenant of a commercial property, and I would like to complete the procedures for obtaining a commercial registration by opening a municipal fees account to get an electricity and water bill and municipal fees at the rental address, how can I open the account?
You can apply for this service through the customer service center at the following municipalities affairs website: www.mun.gov.bh and choose the New Municipal Fees Account service.
3 - What required documents for this service?
* Copy of the rent agreement.
* A copy of Owner's CR or CPR
* Copy of the address card
* Commercial registration application number
• In case of a power of attorney from the holder of the record, a copy of it is attached along with a copy of the authorized person's CPR.
4-what required documents if the applicant is the owner of the property?
* A letter from the applicant informing that he is the owner of the property and wants to use the shop personally.
* A copy of the applicant's CPR.
* A copy of the address card.
* The application number of the commercial register.
• In the case of a power of attorney from the holder of the record, a copy of it is attached with the authorized person's CPR.
5 - Do I have to pay an insurance fee to open this account?
Yes, the insurance fee is 100 BHD.
