In This Service, Users can apply for simple building permit applications without the need for an engineering office( less than 50 square meters for residential areas only).

1. Create an Account.
2. The user requests to construction-additional construction.
3. The relevant Committee examines and approves the application.
4. Fees Payment.
5. User is notified with the result.

4. Electrical load breakdown sheet approved by Electrical Contractor
5. Structural Drawings
6.Architecture plans and elevations document
7. Survey Certificate or the Master Plan Approved by SLRB

9.Letter From Owner

Terms and Conditions
Permit validity is for one year.
Fees is determined based on permit type/building nature and area of building.
Applicant should follow the remarks mentioned by the Municipality team and all entities in the issued permit
