A service for requesting the provision of service requirements to assist families unable to renovate their old homes (rain insulation / maintenance / fire).

Service Procedures and Steps
1. Applicant login.
2- Fill in personal and address data.
3. Attachments.
4- Submit.
The required documents
1. A copy of the identity card of the service applicant, his family and all property owners, if there is more than one owner.
2. A copy of the property title deed with all its attachments.
3. A recent salary certificate from the employer stamped.
4. If the applicant is not working (he has to provide a certificate of income from the public record of the court).
5. 3 months account statement for the applicant.
6. The electricity bill for the property in question.
7. Previous building permit with engineering drawings (if available).

Terms and Conditions
1. The applicant must be a Bahraini national and not less than 18 years old at the time of submission.
2. He must have owned the property for a period of not less than 10 years, excluding emergency cases (fire only).
3. The address of the applicant matches the address of the real estate subject of the application.
4. The applicant must have resided in the property for a period of not less than 10 years, excluding emergency cases (fire).
5. That the property is not leased or rented.
6. One-time benefit from the project.
7. The income of the applicant should not exceed 600 dinars (basic salary + social allowance) for normal cases, and 800 dinars for emergency cases (fire) and rain insulation.
8. That the applicant has not previously benefited from the two social service projects that are about to fall.
